JDesk does not flood first launch with permission prompts. Ordinary permissions are requested when needed; unattended access and the system service are explained here.

Enable unattended access

Allow your trusted devices to connect to this computer when you are away. Sensitive capabilities such as camera and files remain separately authorized by use case.
